In-depth Reform and providing of better material and technical resources for the Mauritian Police Force.

To ensure the Mauritian law enforcement follows the progress in other spheres in the country, to prevent police being able to use brutality or torture at all and to provide more technically advanced methods to allow police to catch criminals, including, but not limited to the following:
polygraph tests.
truth drugs, e.g. Sodium Thiopental.
Forensic tests, including but not limited to DNA testing.
national Fingerprint database.
CCTV - Legislation requiring any CCTV footage susceptible to help in solving a case to be made mandatorily available to investigating teams.

Better regulation of the Police Force :
an independent, non-police hotline for complaints against police-men misbehaviour, brutalisation or mistreatment of members of the public.

Regular training and re-training of policemen in community leadership and community policing.

Investigations and audits on policemen's assets to counter bribe-taking.
