`BUDDY as we have named the pup wasn't but around 2-3 years old. The neighbor has watched this dog suffer for to long. She has called police, animal control, SPCA and others trying to get this dog some help SEVERAL different times but nobody would!
This dog has been beaten by the family! Mostly by the 11 year old child that lives there. He was tied up outside ON A WIRE (no collar, or rope or leash, just a WIRE) 24/7 without food, water, shelter or shade in the rain, heat, snow, and sleet...
The other day my friend looks out her window to this dog having seizure's caused by a heat stroke... It was 100 plus degrees and this family would go days without feeding the dog or giving it water... it just stayed outside, forgotten half the time and food thrown out to be rotted by the rain and elements (but never on a regular basis even).
She went over to help the dog. Called police, animal control, SPCA all over again and still no help! So she ran the dog to her vet... her vet would not help since she ''stole'' the dog and so she took it to another vet who sedated the dog and put in an IV and did what they could to monitor the dog. While this dog was fighting for his life, the police called the lady who rescued her saying she was going to be arrested once she got home for 'stealing' this dog!
Later the police said as long as she did not air this story on the news they would not arrest her... but after a long night of fighting the temperature would not go down and the dog kept having seizure's and eventually he passed away. RIP BUDDY 06/29/2012.

The letters will be sure to go in the case file and the Judge see's those letters. SO here is their fax number 724-628-0631 and make sure you make a note that it is in reference to the Lozar/Bulter case. If you choose to write and fax a letter PLEASE be RESPECTFUL and remember a Judge will be reading these letters. THANK YOU

This is horrendous. The family should be prosecuted. Rest in peace, little Buddy. You did not deserve the life that scum gave you.
Please click on Causes & sign the petition to bring charges against those horrible people & their horrible child. The abuse he suffered was horrendous. It i s breaking my heart.

The people,, if want to call them people should have the living hell beat out of them and the little bastard that beat the poor little dog. I can't stand to see trash get away with this kind of crime. The ASPCA should be sued as well. The cops that wouldn't do anything should be investigated as well. And then They have the nerve to arrest the person that tried to help the little animal. I tell you this, the Trash better be glad I wasn't living next door to them.
makes me cry seeing that beautiful animals picture...Those people all need to be tied outside without food or water in the heat of the day or cold of winter...may god have mercy on their black souls.
wow. how horrrible. i cat believe ppl do this to an innocent animal. i think the lady who so called stole the dog should be called a hero for trying to save a living thing. and to the owners & children that hurt this dog. i hope u rot in hell & that u suffer like this dog did. u do not deserve anything better then what u gave this dog. i wish lightning would strike & kill all the evil ppl in the world.

There is a God, but suffering is part of life. Christ crucified is our symbol. The thing about suffering is that it brings the best out of good people because of what they do to help others. Plus good people fight for justice in this life but it may not be reached here.
It wouldnt make sense if there was no after life where justice will be done finally, cause there certainly isnt much here.
We need to work together to help change / invoke laws for animal abuse that are adhered to. This is another tragic example of life spent miserable and lost for no reason. It just makes me sick! Really sick! Tears are rolling here......
I think the only way these kind of people will ever see the justice they deserve is if we the people form our own "animal justice league" and the servers are called Karma....just a thought! I would be first in line to apply for a Karma position!

What the hell is wrong with people doing a dog this way, if they didn't want him why torture the poor thing I hope you and your whole family burn in hell.
Not sure Diane but this was posted in our local newpaper on face book and I think its local and if it is I will sign anything to be rid of worthless people like this especially in my area.
We should put the owner through everything this poor animal lived through....and then let them rot in hell. Soooooo incredibly sad.
The sad thing is that this happens over and over and over again and people just don't change because the laws are too lenient.
