students who are talented must have care. those who like drawing , music , etc! have to be encouraged. also they must learn how to work in a team not individually. To enhance the value of co-operation. They have to feel loyalty to their school through.

Teachers have to observe their students.so the superiors will be noticed. The school administration should put asummer activity plan.

We have an Educational Research Centre here in Krishnagiri, TN, India; also we run schools with more than 2000 children; speaking in any language is not difficult but we have to create an atmosphere for the children to move around in school; instead of reading and writing, more exposure can be given to 'spoken/debate/counseling hours under good guidance. we can get result fast.

DOING A CHARITY EVENT THROUGH COUNCIL AND LOCAL MEDIA IS ONE SURE WAY OF SUPPORT....SHOUT LOUD ENOUGH AND YOU WILL BE HERD? SO SAYS THE LORD.

cant believe social media campaign is the top % this excludes kids who don't have internet access and keeps people out of the loop.
