my mother died of a very severe case of crones disease. the battle lasted about 5 yrs! she passed almost 2 yrs ago,and she was my rock!!!! i'll FOREVER MISS HER!

I lost my Mom to cancer about 6 yrs ago. She had a bump on her tongue and it hurt. We kept telling her to go to the Dr. She didn't do anything about it. Months later she finally went. She had cancer of the mouth. Mind you, my Mom did not ever smoke and rarely drank. Unfortunately she had waited to long. They tried everything available. EARLY dedection is a key factor for this cancer. She fought a brave fight. I admire her courage and determination through it all. I miss very much.

My 12 yr. old son was diagnosed with ALL Dec. 2001 He lost his battle Oct. of 2002. No greater loss could be as losing your child. It is amazing how fast cancer can take a life- only 10 months. Imiss him everyday. I have one important piece of advice to all people that have had health issues not explained. Push, push, and push for answers from the Dr.. My son was having issues for at least six months prior to his diagnosis. I finally pushed very hard.He had an extremely pulse rate. I took him to his Dr. again. Didn't even make an appointment. I was not leaving without some answers. They did a whole panel of bloodwork.They called me that same evening to tell me my son had ALL. What would have happened if they would have done this sooner??. I love and miss him forever.

Both of my parents were diagnosed with breast cancer my father fought a brave fight agianst the cancer for 15 yrs an lot his battle 8 yrs ago my mother has been cancer free for the last 7 yrs ty god

My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer whenever i was 5 years old i am 15 years now..she is cancer free. At the time i had no idea what was happening i didn't get to be with my mother much, i stayed with my pawpaw he had lung cancer, brain cancer, skin cancer, i think about it now and i feel like Jesus wanted me to spend time with him, while he was taking care of my mother, because whenever my mother was cancer free, months after that he passed away..i miss him, but im glad he is in a better place not suffering. My granny had breast cancer also and she is cancer free. Jesus had lifted up my prayers with my Mother and Granny there all better now!! <3

I lost my mom 7 years ago to Lung and Brain Cancer. She was only 56 years old. She has only met 2 of he 9 great-grandchildren. I was on 37 when she passed which was far too young to loose a parent. I watched her go through Chemo and Radiation and seen the many changes the chemicals and disease did to my mother. My mother was no longer my mother I loved and knew 1 month before she passed away from this cruel disease. So let's all pass it forward and help someone live from this disease or find a cure for it so others don't have to go thought what I did at such a young age.

My music teacher has cancer.she has a child (boy) 4 years old....and it's very difficult...she has cancer almost 3 years....and she keep on because of her child ,her family and her friend..who love her very much!!!!!

My dad passed away on the 10th June 2012, he died after a hard 8 month battle . With advanced lung cancer . He died of an aneurism . It has left my mum and my sister devastated . There is no cure . It's a vile disease .

I was diagnosed with brain cancer in september of 2010 I was only 13. I had a golf ball size tumor on the right side of my brain. They told me that my cancer is not cureable Now I amin remition and I'm still happy as ever! Everbody keep your head up high!
