REMOVE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE JUDGE GRACE NABOR, R.I.P. TONY, YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!

My dog Tony's story..., For seven months Tony, a friendly healthy-minded canine half pit bull and half Sharpei, who was raised as more of a family member than a pet, had been in the Greenlee County animal pound until June 18th, 2012, when he was put to sleep because Judge Grace Nabor denied the stay of execution, and laughed and smirked and said she was tired of the case, all because he was accused of killing a 14 year old chihuahua named Peanut, that belonged to a neighbor (Angelica Rodriguez) up the street from Tony's family. There was never any proof, or evidence that Tony attacked the dog, no blood on him , no other witnesses, no teeth impressions, no DNA, no animal behaviorial evaluation was done on him. No proof that Tony was vicious or a dangerous animal. Tony was very friendly with all other dogs and cats, he lived with two other dogs and three cats .... Tony may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. Please join us in our fight for Justice for Tony and to get the laws changed so this tragedy does not happen again to any other family. Thanks

we are grately saddened by the ruling, but often times, all the concerned stakeholders have to be met.

@Kitty Knoll Aldrich, it was most likely a coyote that Tony and his housemates scared off by barking. The chihuahua wasn't dead when his human guardian came up to him, so the coyote dropped him. Not only were the puncture wounds very deep, which was physically impossible for Tony because he was missing teeth & the teeth he had were worn down, but he also didn't have a stitch of blood on him. Deep puncture wounds would have caused quite a bit of blood to be spilled on the attacker.

Kitty Knoll Aldrich btw, Coyotes grab their prey & run, consuming it at the very least several hundred feet from where the prey was taken. More often than not, the distance is much more than that, which is why the bodies of companion animals who are taken by coyotes are often never found unless the coyote was forced to drop the animal, as was the case here.

LEt's get the bitch out! Laughing and joking yet...........unethical and unprofessional by all means.

Winston Churchill said: Never, never give up and in the end may justice be served and the judge removed from her ivory tower. If an animal is judged by 'human' standards there should be the right for defence and no human judge should be able to take the life of an animal.

Broke my Heart when I heard about this! This judge should be put in a Space Ship & Booted out somewhere :/

Yes Max!You would be a Good Judge :)

I am so very sorry for your loss of your beloved pet Tony. The judge is a piece of s..t. I did sign your petition. Love to your family xx.

Laws need to be established to protect the Pit Bull and Pit Bull mix from being executed for no other reason than their breed. Judge Nabors decision to order the killing of Tony should be investigated.

It doesn't only happen in Belfast.....

So very unfair! :(((((

I know this isn't a new petition, but it still just makes me cry as if Tony were my own beloved Pit Bull mix. The sad thing is that I don't think there's a chance in hell that the Arizona Governor cares about this cause. As for the so-called justice of the peace, karma will get you in the end. Some day you will face your maker, & THEN you'll be crying like the sorry ass bitch you were when you had the gall to snicker over this case. What a rotten piece of shit you are!

The Arizona Governor is a loveless sour soul. Life will punish all this senseless cruelty.

RIP Tony and have fun at the rainbow bridge, you know that your family will always love you and that thousand of people will do everything not to let this evil woman who calls herself a judge give a ruling ever again against another innocent, loving family pet.
