Creation of the National Animal Abusers Registry
To: Animal Lovers
The petition will ask that the government implement a database of people who have been convicted of animal cruelty charges and the database would be FREE for people to access that might be interested in adopting out their animal. All states would be made to register all cases involving animals...

The creation of this registry would allow authorities to add animal abusers to a nationwide registry that shelters, rescues and people looking to place their animals could check to make sure they are not giving any animal to anyone that would abuse that animal. It is not just for dogs and cats but all animals.

Yet again someone has abused puppies and tied them to a railroad track in Albany, NY.. This is a just sick. We are now looking for someone to help develop the site and database for us. HOWEVER we still need this petition to help make the use of this database mandatory for police and the courts to enter data into it.. So please keep on passing this petition around to everyone you know. So we can stop these sick people from adopting animals. Thank you again..

He also said on the video that he "FIGHTS PIT-BULLS and ROOSTERS" he thinks this is a joke. We need to stop these types of people from owning ANY type of animal. Won't you please join me and pass this petition around to all your friends and lets get this database put in place.

In fact, without intervention they absolutely DO continue to commit violent crimes against more animals and people too ~ especially the most vulnerable ~ our children.
I can guarntee you every member of my family will sign, that's about 50 signatures right there, then there is all my friends. Call me what you will but it hurts me more too see an animal being tortured over a human.
