My father served in the Pacific during WWII, my brother was in TET 68 in Nam, I served during Nam in the USMC, and now I had two son iin laws in the Army, along with many firends. I am behind our troops 100% and I can't believe any red blooded american who isn't. God Bless all our men in uniform.

War Horse hits very close to home in our family! My grandfather, Laurie Wells road a number of horses into battle - a member of the Lord Strathcona Horse Regiment. We will remember them!
Funny you should ask! I haven't gone to see either - a friend suggested that I shouldn't! Too much of a sucker for animals - I guess that's my Disney upbringing!

If you don't believe in the war or military action being taken, blame the terrorists, the drug dealers, the bad guys and ultimatly the politicians who sent the soldiers and maybe those who voted for them. 99.9 percent of soldiers are basically good men trying to do what they believe at the time is right or just trying to servive what thier goverment sent them to and since the goverment is elected by the people, servive where the people sent them. Agreed, John. Our freedoms were paid for by their sacrifice and yours. We should at least appreciate the gifts our soldiers have given us by showing the respect they deserve.
