    Please Take Action

    Aye Aung is one of the remaining political prisoners in Burma and he was sent to prison for 59 years in 1998. He was charged with five different counts, including Sate Emergency and Provision Act 5(j) for his part distributing leaflets and taking part in peaceful demonstration asking for education policies in Burma.

    Please take action for the release of Aye Aung and the remaining political prisoners in Burma.

    1.Email Foreign Office Minister Jeremy Browne, urging the UK government to take action to ensure the immediate release of all political prisoners.
