Fund the Festival!

Help fund the 16th annual Best of PlayGround Festival, the leading showcase for the Bay Area's best new writers, new plays and now new films! This year's festival, running May 3-27 at Thick House, will feature a fully-produced evening-length program of seven short plays developed through the Monday Night PlayGround staged reading series at Berkeley Rep, as well as staged readings of six new full-length plays commissioned by PlayGround, and the inaugural PlayGround Film Festival - an evening of short films produced by teams of local filmmakers and writers, based on past Best of PlayGround Festival shorts. More than 100 Bay Area writers, directors, actors, designers, filmmakers and technicians will participate in this year's festival.
