NIIIIIICE!!!!! Best of luck sis!!!
I dressed up as Thing 1 and had SO much fun! We made a class book of "Ten Apples up on Top", had a visit from "Cat in the Hat" for story time, made a graph of our favorite Dr. Seuss book, and went home with our very own copy of "One Fish, Two Fish", stickers, and a pencil.
Kristi Sue No, my principal did...but that would have been hilarious! :-)
Parents and community members visit our classrooms and read to our students. My fourth graders are so excited because the first graders are going to come in and read to us!
The school I work out is having a book character day tomorrow. They are encouraging the kids to dress has a character in a book, they also must bring the book to school & share it.
Will Do!
What a great way to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday - Dr. Seuss Day - we will be doing reader's theatres of many of his wonderful works along with games and puzzles. Happy Birthday Theodore!
I love reading Dr. Seuss books with children! We will be reading them all week long and doing activities relating to those books daily.
My family and I LOVE Dr.Seuss books. This week we are celebrating Dr Seuss week at the daycare center that I work at. We are reading several books each day to our kids, doing projects such.
