    Our newly launched Appalachia Water Watch Initiative has already uncovered over 20,000 Clean Water Act violations by three coal companies in Kentucky.

    Our investigation captured the attention of Robert Kennedy, Jr. who is assisting us and our partners in a lawsuit against these companies.
