In addition the guilty person is free to do more crimes while the innocent person is sitting in prison , case closed.A blind eye is turned to the case b/c courts consider it closed & don't want to admit they made a mistake.

Because first of all I have a Son in prison that is Innocent. I know how hard it is for me as a mother to. Be going through this pain. I know what others are going through and it is Inhumane to incarcerate or execute someone with them knowing that they are really truly Innocent.

I believe this is probably a much bigger problem than anyone suspects and it could happen to anyone - you or someone you love - to be falsely accused of a crime and falsely convicted of that crime.
