My brother is a Veteran from the Vietnam War. Imagine needing help for months and years and still waiting to get help from a VA Hospital. What is wrong with the system taking so long for him to get help? I have been praying for help for him for almost half a century. Someone help!

THEY ANSWERED THE CALL.....FOUGHT THE FIGHT AND FINISHED THE RACE. THEY NOW ARE TAKING CENTER STAGE IN AFGHANASTAN AND ARE PLAYING A THOUSAND DRAMAS DAILY. SOME COME BACK....SOME NOT......THE LAST FULL MEASURE OF DEVOTION. AREA NO. 46 AT OUR NATIONAL CEMETERY AT ARLINGTON IS FILLING GRAVES OF HONOR DAILY...........WE OWE ALL OUR VETERANS THE BEST CARE THAT CAN BE GIVEN AND THE BENEFITS THAT HAVE LONG BEEN OVER DUE. IT IS THE RIGHT THING FOR IT TO BE DONE WITHOUT PRO LONGED RED TAPE AND BULL $HIT.

This cause is important to me because my daughter was in the Army for 9 years. Spent 15 months in Irag, as a medic. She returned a different person. Her hearing has been effected by the bombings , and she has high axiety, and PTSD. So far she has had little help from the government regarding these issues. Our veterans fight for freedom and justice. Their dedication to our country should not be overlooked.

you owe all vets.

Yes we do, freedom is not free~~~I am married to a wounded veteran & he does deserve his pention~~!!!

a wonderful and honourable man was destroyed mentally and physically by the Vietnam war - died a painful death at 52 in poverty and NEVER got any help from the country he gave his life to!!!

I too have lost friends I served with Viet Nam.after they returned an had no where to turn.HOW DISGRACEFULL>of our goverment to continue this willful neglect of our heroes.

MY HUSBAND SERVED 4 YEARS, MOSTLY IN GERMANY DURING THE COLD WAR!!!

I am also married to a wounded veteran, ha deserves his pention~!!

This cause is important to me not only because most of my family served but also Because these men and women are FIGHTING FOR OUR FREEDOM, the right to be who we want to be FOR OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH AMONG MANY OTHER THINGS.....

Because I have personal knowledge of how vets are treated at the VA hospitals and it's not good. Disorganized is hard the word for it. Their billing dept. will reek havoc on your life.

I am a Veteran, and would reaaly like to see,all of Our Vets.,and Soldiers home, and being taken care of the way they need to be.Help them,as they have served our Country Proudly, and deserve to have all,and any help that they need.As I know that it takes some time, and adjustment, when you come back from being overseas,as I spent plenty of time overseas, when I was in.

As an OEF OIF veteran, I feel, that this organization really puts the focus on the new and rising concerns of veterans. Supporting the troops is fantastic and was much appreciated while I was in and I still appreciate people's support for current deployed military personnel. Lest not forget those who've come home even though they mentally have never left the battleground....
